All period data can be received by the CCM payroll bureau service using our LivePay web system, although we can also accept spreadsheets and other electronic data if necessary. All input and processing is undertaken by our payroll bureau service team within a time frame agreed with the customer, this provides for the possibility of last minute calculations right up to the BACS deadline.

Management reporting is produced prior to payslips being produced and is available instantly over our secure internet connection. Once authority is received, payslips are produced (either printed or on-line) and a complete set of reports are placed on our secure server and available over the internet. The BACS transfer to employees and any third parties forms part of the company payroll service at no additional cost.

The quoted cost of the payroll bureau service includes all payroll processing, reports, BACS payments, year-end clear down and electronic submission and in addition help desk services are also included.
